By using the Social Buddy app or this website, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the details you enter and for activity on your account. Keep your mobile number and access secure, and tell us if something looks wrong.
Using the designs
Posters you create with your own details are yours to share. You may not resell the design catalogue itself, redistribute designs as your own stock, or use the service to publish anything unlawful, hateful, or misleading.
Content you upload
You must have the right to the photos, logos and names you upload. You keep ownership of what you upload; you grant us only the permission needed to render and deliver your posters.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are purchased inside the app and run for the period shown at purchase. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a plan is active.
Public poster links
A public link lets anyone holding it personalise and download that poster. Treat a link as public: share it only where you intend it to be seen. An admin can revoke a link at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Social Buddy is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
