Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Social Buddy ("we", "the app") collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Social Buddy mobile app and to socialbuddyapp.in.

What we collect

• Your profile details — name, mobile number, designation, city/state, and any social handles you enter. These exist so they can be placed onto your posters automatically.
• Photos you upload — your portrait and logo, used to compose your posters.
• Account and usage data — your plan, downloads, and basic diagnostics needed to run the service.

Why we collect it

Only to provide the service: filling your details onto designs, keeping you signed in, applying your plan, and supporting you when you ask. We do not sell your personal information.

Public poster links

When someone opens a public poster link (a /p/ address on this site), the name, designation, number and photo they enter are used in their browser to render and download that poster. Those details are not stored on our servers by that page.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and payment processing), and where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email info@socialbuddyapp.in from your registered address, or use the account deletion option in the app. We action requests within 30 days.

Your choices

• See and edit your details in the app at any time.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or its deletion.
• Turn off notifications from your device settings.

Children

Social Buddy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
